Q: WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME ONCE YOU RECEIVE MY RECORDINGS?

A: Normally work will be completed in approximately 7 to 14 days days following arrival of your product(s). If otherwise, you will be notified. (large orders longer)

Q: HOW DO I GET RECORDS TO YOU?

A: Please see ORDERING and SHIPPING pages for information and instructions.

Q: WHAT IF SHIPPED ITEMS ARE LOST?

A: Please read ordering and shipping pages for instructions and procedures. You can insure and track your shipment. Loss is rare. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Q: CAN YOU FIX ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS WITH RECORDINGS?

A: DEPENDING ON PRODUCT CONDITION, Most hiss, pops, crackles and other noise, etc., but not all. Not if product is distorted, cracked, has cuts or otherwise unplayable. With restoration, product will sound better.

Q: CAN I SEND YOU A MIX OF SELECTIONS TO TRANSFER TO ONE CD?

A: Yes. Ask about fees for this special service.

Q: CAN I EMAIL OR CALL YOU WITH QUESTIONS?

A: Certainly, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Q: DO YOU TRANSFER REEL AND CASSETTE TAPES?

A: WE TRANSFER CASSETTE AND SPECIFIC TYPES OF REEL TAPE.

Q: DO YOU MAKE CD COVERS AND LABELS?

A: Yes, we use photographs and other graphics for professional look. We scan covers. We create best look based on product and theme.

Q: CAN I GET DUPLICATES MADE OF MY MASTER ITEMS?

A: As long as you own product...not for commercial use or distribution. We can make as many copies as you wish of personal treasured recordings/tapes of family events, meetings, presentations, etc.

Q: WHAT LENGTH OF CD TRANSFER CAN YOU MAKE FOR ME?

A: Preferred transfer up to 74 minutes. (Up to 80 minutes by request)

Q: WHAT IF I NEED A SHORT CD MADE?

A: Of course. Ask about our discounts.

Q: DO YOU CHARGE THE SAME FOR DUPLICATES AS FOR MASTER COPY?

A: No. Less depending on number of duplicates.
